Recipes for a diabetic meal plan? - diabetic meal ideas

I need help with meals technology practices of food, but I do not know what to cook. I need something suitable for diabetics and can be completed in 3 hours. If you could provide some recipes for main dish and dessert that could really start to help.

(Not sure why the poster over all low fat, low calories and low in sodium. It has nothing to do with a meal plan for diabetics do)

and sugar-free ice cream dessert

You can buy chicken breast, seasoned - Hickory Smoke, etc., and only heat in the oven or stove.
