I just started a new job where I have to get up when it's dark and I'm really struggling with. I thought about buying a "simulator for a morning or sad to wake up at sunrise, but I wonder if anyone one and if so, what worked and what are the right ones?

To set the alarm and go to bed when he goes out and drink tea or coffee. Do not even think it's dark, turn on the lights.
My b / f is clock by 2 to work in the morning and sleep in a bed with no way would a "simulator for a morning" because its bad enough I have to go to sleep and wake up after coming down the stairs.
