Is there an USB external channel sound adapter? - external usb sound

I've recently bought, is the surround speakers for me, but I have a MacBook and the sound card is only 2 channels, which means that I only use 2 of the five speakers. Is there a device to a Mac USB port and converts it into 5.1-channel or purely internal?
